1 Check your iTunes Settings

Step 1: On your iPhone, launch Settings app and navigate to General > Storage > Music. You will have to choose Manage Storage option located in Storage & iCloud usage if you are using an older iPhone.

Step 2: Choose Music and tap the edit option.

Step 3: Now tap the symbol on the left for all the songs and choose Delete. It will delete the songs from your iPhone. Your iPhone storage will free up quite a bit if everything goes correctly.



Step 4: To re-download all the songs on your iPhone, connect it to your computer and Sync it with your iTunes. Doing this will solve your songs showing greyed out problem on your iPhone.
